What does SunSUP offer companies?
We provide up to 20 SUP boards and the necessary equipment, as well as an instructor. We help choose a suitable venue and agree on an activity schedule, an event program or how to fit into an existing program. Events can take place in Saulkrasti, Riga, the Riga area or another suitable body of water.

A few hours away from the office: an introduction to SUP, balance exercises, group activities and relaxation on the water. A great option for a small team or a team-building afternoon.
SUP Strong and Activities at Company Sports Days
SUP balance, coordination and strength exercises, relay races and team challenges. We tailor the intensity and duration of the activities to the participants and the event program. We can also bring in a suitable trainer.
